Melt butter in a pan with vanilla extract and the marshmallows
Once melted remove from the heat and add rice bubbles, stir until fully coated and sticky
Pour rice crispy mixture into a square or rectangle lined baking tray
Press down with the back of a spoon to create an even layer
Place in the fridge for 10 mins
Meanwhile, heat white chocolate and split it into 2 bowls (adding red food die to one to create the colour pink)
Remove the rice crispy mixture from the fridge and chop into rectangle squares
Push in paddle pops or skewers
Create bunnies by sticking the following down (using white chocolate as the "glue"); smarties as the nose, candy eyes, white chocolate bunny ears with pink insides. Serve with Nutella.
